Hi, and welcome to a post regarding the organization of your free text ad exchange accounts. I believe this is an important thing to do to keep track of earnings, referrals, and your own notes on advertising performance.

It is best to keep a Spreadsheet in Excel or similar application. You can be as general and brief as you want (for example I record referral count and earned commissions, and have facility to monitor pay-outs and adjust commissions balance accordingly with autosum). You can get very detailed and record results of text ads, solo mailings and banner click-thrus. This can help you determine which exchanges are performing best for your time and/or cash investment.
